The hotel is ideally situated near Chinatown and is away from the central tourist area. the rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, and the view from the rooftop is excellent.
The decor and carpets are outdated, which may not be suitable for some customers.

Beautiful old building with tall ceilings. Great rooftop restaurant with superb nighttime view. Best aspects: the staff was friendly and spoke English. the location was close to street food vendors and a tea shop with friendly locals.
The facilities and decor were outdated. Some staff members didn't provide accurate information about room credits and safe deposit boxes.
